Apartment in Cuatro Casas

This apartment is located in the PH Cuatro Casas, which was completed in 2009, returning four buildings to their former splendor which we call Casa Catalina, Casa Erhman, Casa Ardila and Casa De La Torre.

Casa Catalina is modernized colonial style and dates back to the 19th century. One of its owners was Don Nicanor de Obarrio, hero of the independence of Panama from Colombia. The Ehrman House is Neoclassical in style. Next door is the Casa Ardila with French-style balconies that were the result of the renovation that was done to the building around 1928.

This apartment is really spacious, characteristic that it is not always found in Casco Antiguo. It has 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large and comfortable kitchen, a private terrace with ocean views. The pasta floors and calicanto walls give this apartment its “casqueña” nature.
