Inspired by the diverse cultures, social classes, and political influences that converged in the historic Santa Ana neighborhood, Casa Variedades was born.

The architects drew inspiration from a range of architectural styles, creating an eclectic design that maximizes the abundant natural light of this historic building. The result is a collection of unique spaces dedicated to lovers of the fine arts, culture, and diversity.

Some residences overlook the street, while others feature quieter rear-facing views. Several units also include spectacular private terraces with beautiful views.

The development offers a total of 16 apartments, ranging in size from 65 m² to 147 m², as well as 6 commercial spaces ranging from 40 m² to 112 m².
