When CISF acquired the property, the original structure was beyond repair. Respecting the building’s heritage, the facade was completely reconstructed based on historical records, preserving its original volume and design.

Today, Casa Arango stands as a stunning 3-bedroom single-family home, showcasing a contemporary interior design. The architects cleverly utilized the height of the second level to create a mezzanine, bathed in natural light from skylights at the rear and charming dormer windows on the facade.
