The commercial gallery of the Plazuela de Alfaro residential complex will consist of a beautiful walk along an impressive stretch of the old colonial wall.
On this magnificent space full of history, 10 small commercial spaces are developed, whose uses will be carefully selected to include interesting amenities and services for residents and visitors, who will also come to admire the historic Baluarte de Barlovento.
The gallery is located on the street best known as “Bajada de Jaén” in a front-line residential and commercial enclave. The project is part of the Baluarte de San Felipe Master Plan, which is promoted by Compañía Inmobiliaria San Felipe, along with other promoters, for the restoration of 7 historic buildings at the entrance of Casco Antiguo.
It will consist in 6 commercial spaces and access to 52 parking spaces, being the only commercial gallery with this advantage in the historic center.
