Apartment in Casa Neuman

Casa Neuman is an emblematic restoration project, winner of the real estate master of the year 2014 award. It is located a few steps from Plaza Herrera, on the beautiful and quiet José de Obaldía street. The project consists of 4 buildings originally built during the last two decades of the 19th century. Three of them belonged to the family of Don August Wilhelm Neuman.

The project consisted of 13 apartments and 5 commercial spaces. The buildings were joined internally by a large patio that connects them, and from which a beautiful cistern from the colonial era could be rescued.

The apartment located on the top floor of the condominium has 1 bedroom with its bathroom, guest bathroom and a beautiful private terrace with views of the Bay of Panama, the city, the Causeway and Cerro Ancón, where you can enjoy all the sunsets.
