Apartment in Casa Neuman

Casa Neuman is an emblematic restoration project that won the 2014 Real Estate Master Award. It is located a few steps from Plaza Herrera, on the beautiful and quiet José de Obaldía street. The project consists of 4 buildings originally built during the last two decades of the 19th century. Three of them belonged to the family of Don August Wilhelm Neuman.

The project consisted of 13 apartments and 5 commercial premises. The buildings were connected internally by a large patio that connects them, and from which a beautiful cistern from the colonial era was rescued.
